Prior to working with Alex, I followed him on social media. I saw how successful he was and he didn’t hesitate one bit when I first started asking him questions about buying a home for my first time. When I finally was in a place ready to start my search, he immediately helped me find what I was looking for. He worked—what seemed—around the clock with me and answered every silly and serious question I had, but never made me feel dumb about anything. My parents helped me with the process a lot, and Alex did not mind to communicate with them and keep them involved. His openness to having my parents involved was very important to me and helped strengthen the trust in him that I already had. I bought the first and only house I looked at, and it would not have been possible without Alex. He fought and advocated for me so hard; at times I wanted to give up but he never did.
