I am a first time home-buyer with little to no knowledge about the entire process, and what it entailed. Alex worked with me diligently, regardless of the time of day. We were able to view multiple homes, to try and find the perfect one we were the most happy with. (No small feat) All the steps were clearly explained, and we were able to close on our home in slightly less than month, when I had thought it would take much longer. There were a couple snags along the way, but they were easily smoothed over. I do not believe this experience would have been anywhere near as favorable with another realtor. He was wonderful, and I will not forget that.
