You want the best? Alex is the best! We had very specific requests and we looked at lots of houses I choose thinking it was what we needed. I found out quickly I didn’t know what I wanted especially in a new state that I was unfamiliar with. Alex however did know what we needed.

Alex was extremely patient, knowledgeable, honest, respectful, kind, honestly I can’t say enough about his great skills and attributes he brings to the table. Buying a home that would fit our needs wasn’t easy and we were frustrated after looking at so many homes only to be disappointed when we toured them.

Alex didn’t let us get down. He listened to our needs and put those first and foremost in his mind. Being disabled required a home that allowed me to install an elevator lift in. Every house we toured Alex always took my needs seriously and would analyze if the home was able to meet my requirements and that would make my home accessible for my special set of needs.

HONESTY!!! Alex has the buyers or sellers needs at the top of his list. He makes his clients feel heard and valued. It’s hard to find an agent that is honest and not just looking to make a fast buck! He was at all our important meetings. He always returned my calls immediately. If he didn’t know something he made it a priority to find out the information.

After getting to know Alex well through our buying process I now consider him a friend. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. He still keeps in touch to make sure everything is going well in our new home.

Before moving to Ohio I had a broker’s real estate license in Indiana for over 16 years so I know better than anyone how much his job entails and I have never encountered such a fantastic agent in all my years.

Alex helped us sell our house in 45 days even after the market slowed down right around the time school started. He helped us set the correct selling point, took impressive pictures of our home including a video, was supportive and patient thru the process. When we were ready to buy our first home my husband came across Alex on Zillow. When we met with him, I noticed right away that he was a smooth talker. He quickly picked up on the fact that my husband was a bit more trusting than I, which he then took full advantage of. Since we were first time buyers in a competitive market, and he knew what we were willing to pay, he did very little negotiation for us. Instead he rushed my husband through the inspection process, even after I mentioned an extension in order for us to get our own estimates, after some big issues came up. He then referred my husband to one of his contractors. Red flags all around. DO NOT go with his guys. Of course, they were quick to show up during inspection to give us estimates, but after our closing it was a different story. They sent guys to our home that simply did not follow the work order. We’ve had to hire honest plumbers and electricians since, & we have only been in our home for 7 months. If you are a first time home buyer, find you an honest realtor who will help educate and truly guide you through the process. Go for word of mouth. Ask the people you trust, your family, friends, or coworkers for referrals. We made a mistake by not doing that and we now have a money pit on our hands, that we paid a pretty penny for. Lesson learned.

Alex was a great resource for me throughout the whole buying process, promptly answering whatever questions I had. He went above and beyond while I was seeking a place to live and offered good advice on what to look for and current market trends. I'm a first time buyer so I tried to be as picky as possible and Alex was very considerate towards that, he wasn't pushy at all.

I can not say enough positive things about Alex. He was down-to-earth, genuine and one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of working with. This was mine and my wife's first home purchase and we had no idea what we were doing at any step in the process. Had it not been for Alex, I don't know that we would have ever made it to closing.
