I cannot day enough great things about Alex! Buying our first home was stressful and Alex went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Alex was always available to answer questions, provide insight, and even show us homes at the drop of the hat! Alex is also extremely personable and makes you feel truly valued as a client. I was in awe at his negotiation skills and ensuring we were getting what we wanted. Alex has continued to reach out to us to ensure we are happy in our new home. I have already recommended him to friends and family and will continue to do so!

Alex is a great guy! He is young, and willing to learn (which we think is a great thing!!). When we found a house that we thought we might be interested in, he set up a showing; when we had questions (and we had plenty), he would find the answers; he was a good listener and energetic. We were not local, we are returning to Cincinnati - so things were a bit hectic and chaotic at times, but Alex rolled with the punches. We haven't purchased a home in 32 years, and things have changed A LOT, so we had many questions and concerns! However, we worked as a team and got the job done!

Alex did an excellent job finding homes within our price range and being very patient with us as we were a little indecisive as to what type of home we wanted and the location of the home. He was a very good realtor in terms of helping us negotiate price and working with other realtors on items that needed fixed on the home, etc. Overall a fantastic realtor!!!

This was our first home purchase and Alex helped ensure the process went as smooth as possible. He helped us find houses to look at while we were searching based on what we wanted, and set up quick appointments on the houses we sent to him. Alex was always available, and is very responsive.

Alex helped me get my first house. Once I decided to purchase the house after he had shown it to me, I took a step back and let him do all the negotiating and talking to the buyers. He was able to give me reliable reference for the inspection. He was able to negotiate the price down to a fair deal and get me the keys to the house fairly quick. I have no regrets about my experience.
